The presenter was rated five out of five by the entire class, except for two delegates, who rated her ‘five plus’!

Lucy Matjie (Ulwazi Development Projects) said that ‘everything was perfect/excellent’. Zebuyisile Ngundu (Tokiso Dispute Settlement) agreed. She said ‘the trainer was fantastic!’. Johanna Mathlasi from Simeka Consultant Actuaries said, ‘I gained a lot, it was like I was at the university, I am now a professional’.
